  • Managed and set strategy for multiple large-scale, multi-market campaigns spanning social media promotions, radio interviews, billboard advertisements, podcasts, print, and local media partnerships.

  • Analyzes and identifies trends utilizing surveys and measurement data to drive and implement feedback-based solutions across Contact Center branches.

  • Successfully managed HomeSquad training—a large scale, high-visibility project which encompassed weekly sprints based on functionality implementation strategies and enterprise-wide communication.

  • Researched, documented workflows, and co-led implementation of enhanced Instructional and Multimedia Designer collaboration efforts between Real Estate Lending design teams.

  • Serves as the Program Manager for CCO’s Engagement Champion Program; designed to bolster team member engagement while providing hands-on career development opportunities in change and project management.

  • Manages HR/L&D’s Career Space communication and education strategy team; mentoring team members and developing and procuring resources necessary to complete their tasks.

  • Led a team of 6-8 marketing professionals comprised of a social media manager, public relations specialist, grant writer, web developer, graphic designers, and media buyers for Stamped Film Festival for 5 years.
